氣喘急性發作怎麼辦
萬一運動中發作,應立即停止運動,馬上給予吸入劑型短效支氣管擴張劑2到4下,需要時可15至20分鐘一次,共三次。保健中心應常備吸入劑型短效支氣管擴張劑與吸藥杯。
初步治療
立刻使用吸入型短效支氣管擴張劑 2-4 下,依需要可每 20 分鐘給予 1 次,共 3 次,5-10 分鐘後評估反應
評估反應
反應佳 症狀完全改善且持續4小時以上,鋒速值 > 80%。 部分反應 症狀部分改善,鋒速值60-80%。 反應差 症狀無改善或惡化,鋒速值< 60% 。

每 2-4 小時,繼續使用吸入型短效支氣管擴張劑2-4下/次。 須於1-2天內回醫院診治,考慮平日吸入型類固醇劑量加倍使用7-10天。
部分反應 →
每 2-3 小時使用吸入型短效支氣管擴張劑2-4下/次,並且給予口服類固醇 0.5-1mg/kg。 觀察2-3小時,若未能完全改善或更惡化,需馬上就醫。 已改善者可不必立即就醫,但當天需就醫 。
反應差 →
給予口服類固醇 0.5-1 mg/kg,繼續每20分鐘吸入短效型支氣管擴張劑 4-6下/次,馬上送急診,並聯絡家長。
不要因噎廢食
氣喘病人因為運動而保存原本肺功能 ,許多奧林匹克選手都有氣喘,即使如此仍能在競賽中贏得獎牌。
事前應給予10-15分鐘暖身,天冷時減少在室外運動,確定你的孩子有緊急藥品在身邊可使用。
